Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 4668.00 INR, per unit, per week, for studio units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Utility fees are inclusive of GST.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 5000.00 INR for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- For Aiport pickup and drop, please contact resort. This resort is a family orientated resort. Swim wear attire required strictly to use pool facility. Resort will not allow members to use pool facility if clothes are not appropriate for a pool.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort no longer offer extra bed facility on chargeable or complimentary basis. So the members need to strictly adhere by the occupancy. Studio- 2 adults +1 child age of 4 years: 1 bedroom - 4 adults +2 kids age of 4 years ; 2 bedroom - 6Adults +2 kids age of 4 years.
