Overview
Karma Sitabani’s cool and spacious standalone cabanas are set in expansive grounds against a backdrop of distant mountains and can accommodate up to four guests depending on room type. All our accommodations feature private lawns and balconies ideal for a morning coffee or sunset aperitif. Set at the heart of Karma Sitabani, the large swimming pool features a raised stone veranda accessed by broad steps. The Silver Oak Restaurant at Karma Sitabani is set in a cool hall with floor to ceiling glass offering views across the resort’s extensive grounds. Our team of local chefs prepare a variety of the best dishes from the region and across the Indian subcontinent.

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 4629.00 INR, per unit, per week, for studio units. Cash or Credit is accepted. For studio & hotel units, inclusive of 18% tax.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 5000.00 INR for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Policy Restrictions
- Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.
- Please check with resort for smoking policy.
- Pet Information: Pets are not permitted at the resort.
Other Information
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Arrival prior checkin time, units allotted ONLY if available.
- Corbett National Park is open during the following period: Dhikala Zone-15th Nov to 15th June; Durgadevi-15th Nov to 15th June; Birjani-15th Oct to 30th June & Jhirna Zone is open through out the year.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- The resort no longer offers extra beds (either on a chargeable or complimentary basis), so guests must strictly adhere to the maximum occupancy of each unit. Hotel units accommodate 2 adults + 1 child under 6 years of age. This is a family-oriented resort.
