• Deposit information: Members who want to request a Weeks Deposit must contact by email: crc@grvacation.com.br or by phone at (017) 3279-1700.
• If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
• Mandatory Half Board Plan. For any questions or to purchase the meal plan in advance, please contact (17) 99252-8851 (ask for Milena). Half Board: breakfast + 1 meal of your choice — lunch or dinner.
• Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
• The rooms are cleaned daily, but towels are only changed if necessary. The cleaning with change of trousseau is carried out on Wednesdays. Barretos Water Park offers free admission every day except Wednesdays when the park is closed for maintenance.
