Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory club card fee is 15 EUR, per person, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. This fee is for guests ages 6 - 17.
- Mandatory half-board fee is 25 EUR, per child, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. 2025 fee for children ages 3-12, for a minimum of 2 guests in a sleep 4 unit.
- Mandatory club card fee is 30 EUR, per person, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. This fee is for guests ages 18+.
- Mandatory half-board fee is 55 EUR, per person, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. 2025 fee for guests ages 13+, for a minimum of 2 guests in a sleep 4 unit.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 150 EUR for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

- Half board is mandatory per person per day. Children under 3 are free. The fees are billed at check-in for the entire week, even if a guest stays for less than 7 nights. The one-bedroom apartments for 4 require a minimum of 2 adults, and the three-bedroom apartments for 8 require a minimum of 5 adults. Please inform the resort in advance of the number of travelers in your party.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Optional shuttle service is €10 per person per ride.
- RCI Members need to have a valid email address on their account, so the resort can send the pre-arrival information. For Non-RCI members please email the resort within 14 days of check-in, so they can send the pre-arrival information.
- The half-board includes a continental breakfast, including soft-boiled eggs, and dinner consisting of a starter, first course, main course, and dessert. Drinks excluded.
